Idle mixture screw, how do you get at it???
Greeting humans!
Bought a 2005 KLR 650 late last summer.
Once cold weather hit, did Doom Hockey thing a ma jig on timing chain, , thermot bob kit and carb upgrade, ( this is my 3rd KLR, , yeah, I' m addicted to them)!
Finally, warm weather to try bike out.
I'd like to richer up idle mixture a bit to smooth out engine, not much, maybe a 1/4 turn richer ( I think).
Can't remember what carb kit said as a starting point,( too lazy to did out instructions!)
How the neck do you get something up into hole to get at it???
Is it a flat blade screw driver tip or Allen or??????
Would like to have bike idling whilst I' m adjusting....
Thanks for input in advance!
Joe
