Default how too..

okay i got the front sprocket for my rm250 because it needed a new one and the teeth were worn and i needed a new clip that hold the sprocket in.. i just ordered it and does anyone know the name of the tool that is needed??
plzzz helpp

hammer and punch to fold the washer over the CS nut?

edit: CS= Counter Sprocket

hammer and punch?? i got the thing that holds it on just how do i put it on? im not real good with fixing bikes.. and learning.

Your manual will tell you how to do it. I am not sure we are on the same page at the moment.

kx, tell us what it looks like. Is it a U-shaped slider clip like on a chain master link, or is it a round (almost complete circle) with 2 little holes on the ends of the "loops" (called a "split ring.")? Or, is it a solid piece of metal that goes through the center of the output shaft to hold the sprocket on the shaft?

KX, where did you go? Do you need some split ring pliers? What does the clip look like? How can we help?

hey my bad guys i havent been on much i dont have the part yet.. and i ordered the part to bolt it in.. im not sure the name of the part i just know the front sprocket and i will post it up when i recievem
