Default help me

ok i took it for a ride today and the wood ruff key broke again if any body knows what would cause this to keep breakin let me know so i could find the solution becuse my next step is to weld it on

The key broke again!! That doesn't happen very often. It has to be either the wrong key, or wallowed out keyways...has to be. At least you finally got it running!!

TX, he's talking about the half moon key. Like the one where a harmonic balancer would slide onto the crank.

Wierd... It's gotta be the keyway hole on one of the parts is wallowed out. That's the only thing I can think of. It's not possible to put one on wrong. I bet it's wallowed, and when he's got it runing, the parts are slapping that key until it finally breaks..

I wouldn't do it..... It can be done. I had on old P.O.S. 3 wheeler with a similar prob. And yes, I JB'd it in there. And it did work. But it was a POS, and I just wanted to run it into the ground. i didn't care if it blew up or not. The flywheel pulley keyway hole was wallowed out on it. Similar prob to what you have.

If you just want to run it, and you're not gonna tear back into her: weld it...

well i dont want it to break any thing esle plus i drag racehat would cause it so i defiately dont want to break any thing else but do you know what would cauase it to break beside if it was walerd becuz it is a little
