Default Hello

Hi guys.. i kind of new here but i'm always checking out this forum and learning new stuff ..

I'm having a bit of a problem with my bike..

I own a 2000 ZX7 and it runs great but when i go into 4th gear it doesn't want to go any faster than 70? but in 3rd gear i can go all the way upto 100mph

anyone have any idea what happened?

what about 5th and 6th? same problem?

I've only noticed similar behavior on carbed bikes that were not getting enough fuel pressure (pump going bad etc)
