GPZ anti dive units
Okay here we have it....................I've rebuilt the antidive units utilising the kit from the GPZ zone. No dramas and dead straightforward
The kit only covers the actual valve (lower) assembly and not the upper slave cylinder connected to the brake line. This is the problem, the pin in the slave cylinder that actuates the valve assembly siezes. I can get some movement on the pin but the return spring in the valve unit lacks the power to return it to the closed position.
Now it is supposedly possible to separate the slave cylinder into two component parts however; despite numerous attempts utilising the correct size hex box spanner, several on/off heat cycles and copious amounts of WD40 I've destroyed two in the attempt.
The instructions that come with the GPZ zone kit advise contacting them if the slave cylinder is the problem..............they do not provide a telephone number and to date I have had no response via their website email contact.
Help anyone..............?

hmm, I have not played with this or the GPZ kit that you mention.
However, I do see a note in my manual mentioning " Do not disassemble the anti-dive valve and brake plunger assemblies for repair or replacement of internal parts. Always replace them as assemblies."
Maybe you can school us on your progress? All I know is what is in the manual. Thanks. Good luck and welcome to KF.
