Doin up ma old four. Fitted new battery,new solenoid and refurbed the loom.Bits to fit next are new plug leads as old ones giving low reading on ohms scale,just over 5k,should be about 15k.Curious thing is this,Theres no bobweights(eeh remember those)lol behind the stator plate,not sure if these would stop it from starting as thats all im after really before I plough into the expensive bits of a resto,I.E paint brakes and chrome.Know our old nova used to have them and they were held together with strong elastic bands when the springs went,ah happy days!!!
