Default g5 kawasaki

cant get the plastic clutch gear to seat all the flush? any sugestion???

A plastic clutch gear? Or are you referring to the oil pump gear? Could you show us in a fiche on what part you are referring to? Thanks, good luck

the part that i was refering to is the inner clutch release,was woundering if this part fits flush or does the part stick out some,seems to work when i put a wrench on it the way it is.

hmm, not sure. I am looking at the different clutch types. I see the inner clutch release that you mention but have not read yet on the setup. Everything is saying "the reverse of dissassembly" kind of thing.
