Supposedly I can read the FI codes that flash on the dash. Fortuneatly, I have not had any codes just yet. Was curious. This I assume bypasses the dash display of the code flash? I run an 06 10r

 

hmm i dont know i just worked on a 05 yesterday and i know the fi light will come on, and then you ground that wire, and it will flash, im pretty sure the 06 is the same way let me check on that tommrow and ill get back with you, hows that sound?

 

cool, I am curious. I will even write these notes in my manual when you have the answer. So far any codes are flashed onto the display if you have any that is when pressing the correct buttons.

Hey dragone they did in fact change it, when they changed the cluster on the 06 they made it real number read out, for more info page 3-44 of your service manual, good call
