Default EX250 Exhaust

Any suggestion on exhaust for my new 250? I am so used to my husbands R1 that mine sounds like a lawn mower...LOL! He priced a full exhaust for it and it was around 300.00 which is soooo funny because a full for his was 1000.00!! I just want it so have some rumble and I would like to hear some feedback from some 250 owners.

Well, I remember when my bike was breaking in, I hated the sound of it. But when I finally broke it in the sound got much deeper so now I like it much better. I have heard the 250s with new exhausts like muzzy or cobras and I reall don't like how they sound at all. I have found that it's really hard to find ANYTHING for my bike. My advice is to wait till you break it in and then decide if you want to change the pipes

I agree with the previous post. During break-in the sound was just as you described. Like a lawnmower, but now that it's done with the break-in it sounds like a lawnmower with throat! lol. But I like it.

I also like the dual exhaust look regardless of how much more it weighs. The only system I've seen is from Muzzy and its a two-into-one pipe.
