Just wondering if anyone has tried eliminating the stock ECU and replacing it with a Dyna tech unit. I just ordered one for my 97 zx7 at the advice of a friend. I guess i'll know in about four days.

Since you do not have FI, you must be talking about timing stuff.

ok, I did not see where on the 7 it would help out yet for the money.

 

So here is an update on the Dynatech DS2-2. While it is a great idea (I think) the unit they sent me doesn't even fit into the housing and there is nothing to mount it to as well. I also had to locate a mechanical advance which I did. I am waiting to hear back from them to see if they make the right one.
