Default changing plugs on a 05 636

My 636 plugs seem very tight in there.

I was looking for a service manual to take them out because if i finally get them out i dont want to damage anything.

Can i just work at them to get them out?

Or is there a certain way should be pulled?

Its a 2005 ninja 636

thanks everyone!

stuff i found

Maintenance Procedure
•Measure the gap
[A] with a wire-type thickness gauge.
If the gap is incorrect, carefully bend the side electrode
[B] with a suitable tool to obtain the correct gap.
Spark Plug Gap : 0.7 ∼ 0.8 mm (0.028 ∼ 0.031 in.)
CAUTION
Use only the recommended spark plugs (special
marks ). These spark plugs have special marks
[C] on the insulator, as shown. Other spark plugs
will wear prematurely.

•Remove the spark plug using the 16 mm (0.63 in.) plug
wrench [A] vertically.
Owner’s Tool - Spark Plug Wrench, 16 mm: 92110-1132
•Insert new spark plug in the plug hole, and finger-tighten
it first. •Using the plug wrench [A] vertically, tighten the plug.
CAUTION
The insulator of the spark plug may break if when
the wrench is inclined during tightening.
Torque - Spark Plugs: 13 N·m (1.3 kgf·m, 113 in·lb)
•Install the stick coils securely.
â—‹Be sure the stick coils are installed by pulling up it lightly.

That'll be awesome! If you can get the time, you should do up some articles for the do it yourself section. Can't wait to see the progress, I'm excited for you!
