Default is this the battery?

i was gonna go for a ride today, got all geared up and went outside. put the key in the bike and it wouldnt start. it tried to turn over and it would make a weird grinding sound. any ideas?

Batter maintainer......you got one? How long since you started it, and did you add any electrical to it lately?

it has an alarm on it, yes i have a maintainer. went out last night to show my friend and it started. went out today and it did this. would it make that grinding sound if it were the battery though?

yeah thanks guys, i just jump started it and its good now. i cant take the battery out to charge it on my maintainer in my apartment because the alarm goes off everytime it is disconnected from the power source. so..im not sure what ill do.

maybe if i were on the ground floor. which im not, second floor and it might be hard to get it up here. and i might get in trouble

screw it...Get in trouble. Park that bad boy in the apartment. lol....the best way to charge the battery is ride the bike :-)
