AS SOON AS YOU TURN THE KEY ON THERE IS A DIRECT SHORT. I RELPACED THE COMPLETE WIRING HARNESS , THE IGNITION SWITCH, THE REGULATOR RECTIFIER, THE COMPLETE FUSE BOX. AND WITH CHANGING ALL OF THESE PARTS IT STILL HAS A DIRECT SHORT.WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE THE PROBLEM?

Would you by chance have a service manual showing the wiring schematic? I would definitely be doing some tracing of the circuits. Could be as simple as a handle bar switch or a side stand switch.

It sounds like one of the wires are hitting the frame or is grounding out some where one the bike. or maybe you have a bad fues block that might be the problem too.
