Default 2007 Ninja 650r makes clunking sounds on takeoff

I've searched all of the internet and have asked many people why my bike makes weird clucking ounds when taking off out of first and second gear and no one can tell me. The bike only has 9000 miles on it and I have already changed the oil and filter again at 5000 miles and even changed the spark plugs just to be safe. I keep the bike well maitnanced and I never race it. Just recently though the bike has started making about two to three weird cluncking sounds from under the seat area when ever I take off. What's weird is if I take off faster then there is only about one clucking sounds and it's light, but if I take off slow, then there's about four clunkcing sounds and there a little heavy and when I shift and continue going in second they sound again. This has nothing to do with shifting because the sounds are made after I've already shifted. They happen while I release the cluth and gas the throttle. Does anyone have a clue on what might be wrong? If you do please help.

Welcome to KF.

Have you cleaned, lubed and adjusted your chain properly? How old is the chain and sprockets?
