Default 2006 z750s

Help! I have a 2006 Z750S with only 15,000 miles. Recently while on a ride my fuel injection light came on and the bike shut off. It turns over strong but will not crank. My Kawasaki dealer has had the bike for a month and can't find the problem. They have even put in a new brain and nothing. Bypassing everything seems to get the fuel pump going but only then. Has anyone experienced this and what do you recommend? They're suggesting rewiring the bike and I think that's a bit extreme on a bike so new.

Welcome to KF

It turns over strong but will not crank.
This means that the starter is turning and the crank is not?

No, starter turns over strong and I have a good battery just won't fire. The brain isn't telling the fuel pump to pump nor the plugs to fire. They replaced the brain yesterday and still nothing. Kawasaki now is saying that the wiring harness is the last option. REALLY? The only thing new I have added on my bike is a heat troller and 2 First Gear heated liners that I do not ever run on full together. Could the wattage of these liners caused and electrical issue in my wiring?

hmm, I agree with the new harness option since you have cut in the existing one to install your accessories. I am not a hater here on your accessories, but there is a good chance of over loading the circuit/stock wire harness with the extra load. good luck
