does anyone know how to change a head gasket on a 2005 ninja 636?

 

I have not done one on a 6r yet. But it tells you how in your service manual.

Remove the head, fit the gasket and replace the head. Remember to check head and barrel on a surface table before reassembley in case warping caused the fail.

Use the service manual for torque settings, valve clearance and timing, cam chain tension, carb synchronisation, etc.

If you don't know the steps, don't do it yourself without help from someone who does..

Absolutely get the manual. It will tell you how to do most everything, including engine teardown.
