2000 zx12 problems
I have a 2000 zx12r and I've been going threw some problems recently I had to change the junction (fuse) box. The voltage regulator and the batter. (Other small things as well). I rode my bike into work this morning and when I got there I shut it off to open the gate. When I went to start it to bring it inside it just clicked like the battery was dead. I have been riding it for a couple weeks with no problems since the volt reg n battery change and now this happened. Anyone with ideas anything would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, clee. Is the battery actually dead, or is it a faulty switch? How are your lights; getting progressively more dim? If the bike was doing well after the volt regulator and battery swap, I would think it might be the alternator or possibly a dead short or some electrical circuit-jumping. You're getting some spikes in your system somewhere which don't belong. Double check ground(s), wiring, and switches to make sure there's nothing going on which shouldn't. Others on here may have better suggestions than me.
Welcome again, clee.

Welcome to KF Clee
Maybe not related....but I had something similar happen to my lil ex500. I need to ride over a mile and half of dirt road from the house every morning to work. Noticed that the side stand switch was getting jarred around and was causing me starting and running issues. Not exactly what you are mentioning, but checking your micro switches may help. (clutch, side stand)
