Sorry notstock, I am drawing a blank on your problem. You might make sure the airbox is seated and has no air leaks. I know that can cause some problems too. But other than that I dont know. It sounds like carberation though so I would stick with that.

 

UPDATE

I'm up and running now that the pilot jets are clean and the bike holds a smooth idle now. I finally got to ride and it was great! The only thing that I would say is that it is still a little hesitant in 1st gear but I'm hoping that the more I ride it the better it will get. Thanks again for everyone's input and hope to see everyone on the road

 

Congrats bro glad she is working for you. I may just pull my jets again and boil them for an hour; maybe they are not as clean as the look.

Check your float system bro. Inlet, and float height.
