hey everyone... its been a wile since i have been here talking with all of you..
but here's the deal. my 07 zx10r just fouled a set of plugs at 2700 miles. I have been noticing more and more lately that on my decel 0 throttle position it pops/back fires alot from 3500 down to 1500 rmps. I have had a custom map done by a very reputable guy (robs dyno) at high rmps the bike runs mint i also went into the map setting and turned the fule down in the rpm ranges that i have the pop. It did help a little but stil there i dont wanna lean out the bike and ruin something sence i dont have much experence with this stuff.
I have the two brothers single exhaust pipe. if anyone else has this set up and the bike runs great I would like to take a look at your map numbers.

Can't help you on the mapping, since I ride dinosaurs. But, just curious, when you say "fouled" what color is your deposit? Just off the cuff, it sounds to me like you're running rich in the high's and lean in the lows.

it was skipping once it reached temp on low rmps and after 4000 rpms it would clear up and run fine

 

I do not understand adjustments on the PC's, never messed with them. I just paid someone to tune it for me while on the dyno.
