yea thats right when i accel it pops out

 

ok i went and rode it today to check it when i shift into second and hold it it trys to pop out then it is fine and when it was cold i shifted into second and rode it with no problems i adjusted the shifter down and it did not help any

 

I know, not the same but,
My 10r manual lists this:
Shift fork ear worn, bent
Gear groove worn
Gear dogs and/or dog holes worn
Shift drum groove worn
Gear positioning lever spring weak or broken
Shift fork guide pin worn
Drive shaft, output shaft, and/or gear splines worn
