'03 ZRX1200 Fuel Line Replacement
Hello All, sorry if this topic has been discussed before but I can't seem to find any threads about it and nobody has posted anything in over a month on the ZRX forum.
My '03 ZRX1200 needs the fuel line replaced. Wondering if anyone has any tricks/techniques as to how to remove and reinstall the 5/16" end on the fuel rail without removing the airbox. Also, what modifications can be done so that the petcock is 5/16" instead of the factory 3/8"? (So I can use common 5/16" fuel line)
Thanks in advance for any responses or links to existing info that I can't seem to find.

Dragone#19,
Unfortunately, the fuel line on my ZRX has two different size I.D.'s. At the carb. or fuel rail the line is 5/16", in fact the line is 5/16" the entire length until it reaches the fuel petcock where it expands to 3/8". So if I use 3/8" line it will be loose at the fuel rail and if I use 5/16" line it will be too small to fit on the petcock. I have a factory replacement line but it seems impossible to get at the old line where it connects to the fuel rail without removing the airbox.
