ZZR600

RE: ZZR600
What year? The new ones are rebadged 2002 ZX6R's, pretty much. I read a review in last months Sport Rider magazine about them. They said that the suspension wasn't as good as the ZX. I also saw a used one at the local dealership. It was an older model, but the same kind of deal. A rebadge of the previous ZX but kind of cheaper looking.

Correct on the badge, suspension or minor alterations in the motor if any.
Street fighter/naked rides as in the zzr still have the engine and are generally more plush in the suspension compared to the zx models.
I change out suspension on every ride if it does not fit me for example, no surprise there. That is the first thing that I check and do. Once setup, you are with a zx with a good setup. Trust me, the zx needs help in the suspension for certain riders/racers also.

good point drag, i feel that no bike off the show room floor is set up to a riders specs. you can make anything handle better by dialing in the suspension to your weight and riding style. i just rode a zzr, i also rode a older zx6, the old one felt faster.
