R6S is the older R6. The newer ones have a lot more cool stuff and better chassis/suspension.

Both a R6 and ZX6R will be more bike then 99.5% of people can ever ride at the limits, so get what you think is comfortable and looks cool.

 

You'll feel more comfortable on Kawi. The green ones are waybetter .

honestly though, choose the one that fits you best, i think the new r6,r1 are fugly

i like Yamaha and Kawasaki..so i say read the reviews,sit on them,test drive both before you decide..get what feels more comfortable while riding

 

I decided on the Black Kawi ZX-6R. The R6 is over priced IMO. The R6S is fairly priced but from what I hear the Yamaha people are ******** when it comes to Customer Service. Plus, I like the look and feel of the ZX6R the more I sit on it. They are servicing it for me now. Gotta go drop off my 250R at the shop. I should have the bike beginning of next week for sure. I will surely get some pictures up! Thanks for the opinions fellas.
