All levels can pass but only level 3 can pass in the corner. I ride level 1, makes me feel good when I can pass other people. lol

As far as experience goes, from what I remember reading through Fast tracks site, is that they recommend that you log in about 7k miles before you head out to the track. Most likely this year, I'll start heading out to track days.
