Anyone planning on attending?

I should be there with bikes in the trailer, beer in the cooler to go along with the BBQ event afterwards.

 

Very good friend of mine won the shootout (in Florida) several years ago. A VERY "massaged" Suzuki turbo1100E. Made 700hp at 12# of boost. (2fat--you know who I'm speaking of?) I was able to stand next to that motor at idle. LITERALLY could not stop giggling like a little girl....OMFG.....never heard an engine like that. 800+hp at 15# boost. (He still has that motor....AND the dyno slips.)

Jeff, I believe this is a very different type of shootout. A 3-race series that John Ulrich came up with to fill out the scanty AMA Pro Roadrace season.

(I just enjoy re-telling the story about that engine....one I'll never forget.)

I'd prolly pee myself with 800ish hp under me and still giggle like a little girl. lmao
