Would I love one? Um, YES!!! Does "Gabor" have a point about turbo-ing an 1100 motor to get 300-400 hp and better reliability? yes. A turbo-Busa will put out 400hp and smoke the rear wheel at over 100mph. A turbo-1000 gsxr will put out around 325hp and HOOK UP in 4th at over 100mph. Why waste time with designing a 2-smoke for what a bolt-on turbo will do?

from what i understood, their 2 stroke is going to have that much power but be SOOOOO much lighter... their bike vs turbo busa/gsxr1000 will end in a win for their bike just because of the weight. Price difference id say goes to the bolt on turbo tho. in a line up youd better hope your 100 lbs lighter then then the 2 stroke rider.

but as my wife says im always wrong. so chances are i am again lol

Sonic, yep; you're right about the weight issue. And, I LOVE 2-strokes, believe me! There's nothing like a hit from the powerband on a 2-stroker. If you dial-up the boost on the 'Busa tho, you're looking at 6-700hp (as long as you've done the requisite internal work to handle it.) If you've ever stood next to one of these monsters, you'll love the chest-banging thump and be grinning from ear to ear. The power is positively scary. Ever SMOKE a tire going 130mph? I think the 2-stroker would have it's hands full.
