Default pillion seat zx6r '04

Hi all, first post but don't own a kwak yet.. anyway have mywife back in thailand in the process of buying attached bike as i can't speak thai .(see pics on http://www.ya-ba.com/ninja/)

haven't seen it first hand but it looks like there is a plastic cover where the pillion seatis. If i want to changeit, is it just a case of buying the seat unit and clipping it in...??

thanks.

unfortunately there is not a huge selection of big bikes in thailandso gotta take the plunge as choices are limited but looking at the photos the bike is in good shape, back tire is squared offso i'mhopingthe owner wasonly aweekend warrior. I was contemplating a CBR600RR or R6 (same year) buti'm really drawn to the kwak..
Anyway the main reason i'm buying it is to do track days so i don't mind spending extra cash on tires or brakes...is there any major issues i should worry about like gearbox , i read before that some models jumped out of gear??? it is a 600 rr model not the 636 ..
cheers
