Great riding weather here in the Dayton, Ohio area. I have rode to work everyday and grinned as I pass the 2.75 gas price signs.

I rode yesterday and it was just plain silly how people dont care about the safety of bike riders. I mean I was on a rode that the speed limit is 60 mph for about 40 miles. I swear I was passed by 3 huge 18 wheelers and 9 suv/cars. I had to hit the shoulder 3 times because the road I was on is a 2 lane Hwy. There was a car coming my direction each time one of these ******** tried to pass. Then Im in complete amazement how close I would have people ride to me. Living in the city is so much different than living in a small town.

RANT!!!!

Rode the XT225 today, I washed and fueled up my bike for my trip to Oregon, and didn't want to mess it up. Besides the wife's bike looked so sad just sitting there.

I bought her bike in July of 06 just 6 months after I got mine, hers has 900 miles, and mine has 12,000 Of those 900 miles on her bike, I put over half of them on it. (rolling eyes at wife for not riding)
