Sorry, I didn't make this clear in my posts. Do as Deej says and it makes a world of difference. I didn't need to get all the fuel out (run it empty). Just running some of it out, shutting off the petcock, and re-opening when starting worked just fine for me. It just seems important to get some new fuel in there and/or get the fuel up to the right level in the bowl did the trick for me before drilling the enrichment jet.
