I need help figuring out the year and models of these 2 bikes. They are both on my gotta have list.

 

Uhhhhh one is a GPZ 750 and the other one is a 95 Ninja ZXR? It was in the name for the pictures. LOL

 

I think the 750 is an 83 but I'm not up on the models

The 2nd one is definitely a '94-'97 ZX9R. It's on my "have" list.

 

I have 2 pictures of the second bike one says 95 and the second says 99 so that's the confusion on that bike. As for the first I know it's a 750 GPZ no duhh, my question what year ? I have searched and can find a **** load of red Hondasaki's or Kawahonda's if you prefer and a few silver ones but I think Kawasaki's should be GREEN ! That is why I need to find out more about it. Thanks.

 

Nope; the ZX9 is def a '94-'97 model. Styling changed in late '97 into more of a commuter bike with swoopy edges and less weight. The '94-'97 was stylistically (and some would argue a bored-out) big brother to the ZX7. Heavy by today's waistline, and too fat for the track even back then......but will still put a smile on your face above 9-grand.

but I would probably agree with what deej mentioned on the 1982-1983 yr concerning the first bike.

 

Judging by the fork brace and the underbracing on the swing arm the GPz is fairly heavily modded.
The ZX9R is either a 94 or 95. I don't remember which year had that paint scheme. But it looks like a 94 to me.
