i was walking to the burrito place down the street yesterday and i saw a handicap plate on a motorcycle that was parked on the street. i wondering how that happens? the bike was all stock no specail controls or anything. has anyone else ever seen this?

I seen an old man riding HD the big *** kind. he had oxygen tubs up his noise. He had a handicap symbol on his plate.
I was like wtf [&:]

 

any condition that limits your walking ability but you still have use of your legs like a messed up hip or some crap.

 

Local racer is paralized from the waist down. He is very fast. Has little training wheel things that fold out when he stops so he can stay up right. Reachs back and flips them down.

 

That I would like to see.

 

so true. Well not on the flip up training wheel thing, but we had a gent back in the early '90's lapping the track up on his ride with the same predicament. Not racing, but at least hitting the track.
