The next (last day) we took of SW on HWY 395 & 74 to Heppner then 206 in to Condon. the great roads just never seemed to stop coming

By the terrain it was hard to believe we were still in Oregon

Northern CA also has some roads similar but I'm not sure about the traffic
we would ride for 45 mins and not see another Veh.
I went 155 mph a couple of times I felt like i was in Mad MAX

a local said the cops don't go out that far unless there is a problem they hate to run out of gas!

one thing that mad me sick was a GSX-R750 at a Lewiston park; in the middle of corner "Meca" the rear tire was worn way down........ but only down the middle what a squid!

some great pics of the ride. St. helens, john day are all good rides as well. Courdelane Idaho to Montana are well worth the trip. Although lewiston/clarkston had the better corners.

I wish we had more action shots but it was too fun to stop.
BTW, I am the good lookin guy in the Road Construction Vest....

days off and then work got in the way

those bikes look like they hit every bug on the road

we're trying to plan for a 2200 mile trip either next spring or fall...
