A complete motor failure was caused by a oil pump that failed. No new motor was available in the US or Japan and new parts are not to be had. No offer was made for a loaner bike so I have lost the major part of 2017 watching my friends ride while I Do nothing. I love my bike but I am less than impressed with Kawasaki support.

 

Man that is awful! When I got my Concours it had sticky throttle that Kawa eventually repaired under warranty, but it took longer than it should have for them to step up for that.
