Default ButtyBuddy passenger seat

Has anyone ever had experience or know of the comfort of a ButtyBuddy passenger seat?

I have a buddy who is thinking of adding one to his VTX1800 so his wife can travel further in a one day stint.

He is also looking at having a custom seat made by Diamond. I've never heard anything about the Diamond brand.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Here is the link that describes the old Butty Buddy. An interesting concept if it provides sufficient comfort. http://www.buttybuddy.com/

The seat does look comfy. I do not have any experience with it though.
