2009 ninja 650 not starting
 

09 ninja 650 that is not starting unless I pour gas in the throttle bodies or if I use starter fluid little bit of history about the bike it sat outside for at least three months in the florida elements with out a cover on it so far I have replaced the starter solonoid fuel pump spark plugs and tip over sensor still no luck cranks over fine but just doesn't catch I have spark fuel pump sounds like its coming on I checked all the fuses new relay box and ecu cleaned all fuel rails and injectors replaced all old gas I have no idea where to go from there oh and it has no codes when I tried to use the self diagnose mode all ground wires have been cleaned please help here is a link of a youtube video with gas tank plugged in and fuel lines hooked up

Chris, have you gotten any further with this? I see the thread is getting old and just wondering how it's going?

plugs out, crank over 150 psi compression, noid light goes dim while cranking, battery good ,checked, bad relay box ? What's wrong stumped
