Hi I'm new to the forum here and am looking to get a bike. I don't have my permitt yet but takingthe class this summer. So I found this bike for sale and was wondering what kind of price I should pay.The guy wants it gone because has a HD and needs the room. Hes asking $2,000 and willing to throw in a jacket and helmet. It has a clear title and has not been layed down (flairing was replaced because of a crack). Thanks for your input!

If that mileage is for real you should jump on that pronto!!! Very, verygood deal and its agreat starter bike. Mine's a 2005 that I got used with a little damage and only 2,500 miles on it.

 

try offering like 1800 and see what happens. but a good deal anyways

 

welcome. agree with talca. if the dude wants it gone he's most likely gonna take 200 off the price.

 

I was think that too, offering 1700-1800 and going from there. He's been trying to sell it for a year now so maybe he'll take it if not oh well you guys sound like 2k is a good deal. I just got a quote from my Insurance for $167.00 a year for Full coverage-250 Deductible so I like that too.

2 grand with the helmet and jacket plus the tank bag is a smokin deal, jump on it before someone else does.

 

Just wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone who gave me there input on this bike! I picked it up yesterday for $1,700 everything included. I haven't got much rideing time on it except up and down the driveway because lack of cycle temps, but hope to go down to the DMV tommarrow and gettem.Thanks again.
