Default ZOX helmet write up!

Well when i bought my new bike i needed a new helmet. So not being rich like "nobrakes"i was budgeting for two helmets one for me and one for the wifey. I saw this brand ZOX,and they had a flip up face helmet wich i was intrested in the idea. I figured buying a cheap one to find out if i liked it or not would be the way to go. Boy i found it to be great to have a flip up face helmet, the easyiness of pulling over to smoke or ask directions is great. But the helmet construction it self leaves a little to be desired. the chin pad is felt covered styrofoam and i put my finger threw it one day when i went to grab it.The wind noise is a little much also probally becuz of being a cheapermanufacture. All in all it's handy to have a flip up face. i will be buying a better one in the future. heres sum pics...

Being a smoker I like that idea, just flip and light up! Just wasn't impressed with the construction of the ZOX. A guy at work has one and just seemed thin. Check out e-bay for some lids. My g/f bought a new Icon battlecry, gold and black for 120.00 shipped.
