I am going to buy the 250R soon and was wondering what gear you suggest I should get for just riding around town, to and from work/school. I want to get suggestions on where I can get some inexpensive, but well-made gear. Would a Kawasaki dealer have good prices or should I go to other sources?

 

not sure what you're looking for price wise.... but i spent about $800 on this set up from Cycle Gear!!!
the helmet was another $200..... used but in great like new condition...

good protection and good price, I did my reaserch on this stuff and got the cheapest prices possible (even eBay couldn't companre)......

To me a nice two piece leather for the street commuting would work fine. I lean towards Bates or Z custom for leathers.

 

i wear a armor suite on the streets. check out the icon gear, made for the streets.
