Just curious to see what everyone is wearing. I got this set of Icon pursuit sheepskin that are thin like 6 months ago. It's getting cold and I'm looking for a thicker glove with more protection that have a good feel. Before I spend the loot I just need some feed back, any opinions?

 

Joe Rocket Speed Master. These have been down 2 times and still going strong. There great for punching stupid cagers too

 

icon merc shoer gloves and a few others. i like the icons and for chits and giggles i bought a pair of a stars sp3's and there a softer leather but there ok. i like my icon stuff.

 

I've got these in black. I loves em. Very comfy and my hands never get cold. Although, they're short gloves so they don't really keep wind from going up my jacket sleeve.. Still love em.

 

I likea longer glove that helps protect the wrist from impact and scraps. jmo

 

I couldn't really envision a situation where my wrist would be scraping as opposed to my hand and/or arm which is wrapped in leather armor. That and there's really no space between the end of my glove and the beginning of my jacket. I'm kind of an anomaly though, I think. I always ride wearing my leather. Gets uncomfortable with the heat at times, but it's saved my hide once already and I'd rather it take the beating. I suppose once I can afford to purchase some more breathable armor I may end up with a longer glove to protect where my leather used to.

 

When it happens you will not have much control over what gets scraped. Its all about what you feel good riding in.

 

Fair enough. In any case, I like my gloves. My next pair will likely be gauntlets, though.. since I have a short pair already. In general, I prefer the icon gloves as well. Just more my style, I suppose.

 

Deuce, the gauntlets will no "roll up" as far so is still protecting the skin.
I have used AGV sports for a long time with good results.
