I just got a 2003 zzr 600 and the color is a little weird. the bike from a distance looks black, but in the sun light you can see its midnight blue. should i just pon it off as black andd base the helmet/jacket around that? anyone else have this bike, if so what did you go wtih?

 

i would go with black. i would think it would be pretty hard to match the blue, if thats what your going for. i think the helmet would be better if it was black with some blue in it, hell just get a jacket thats black and blue also. anyway you look at it your colors are covered. gear up and ride safe.....

 

I had the same problem only mine looks either black or purple. I chose black gear. My helmet though, is black, white, silver and gold (needed something to break up all the black).

 

yea i think im gonna go with black and maybe throw a little blue in there like madkaw said( by the way madkaw, i like the setup you chose for your gear, especially with the blue visor)

If you mean 05 zzr600, which is the bike I have... I ended up getting black pants, a dark blue & white jacket, and a helmet with a couple shades of blue, and some black & white. It all sort of ties together in the end.
