Default Green gear on sale

There are some gear sites that (actually) have GREEN items on sale today. Motorcycle closeouts.com, is one of them.

Motorcycle Superstore.com has some good deals, as does New Enough, but no St Patty's discounts.

How about our site Vendors?? Any deals for the GREEN team??

Default PS: These are GREAT helmets

I've been a Bell helmet fan since.... well,...I can name racers you've never heard of. I remember when I was a little kid, a friend of mine and I were riding home from the grocery with mom (in the station wagon) and as we were coming to an intersection, these two guys on bikes came SCREAMING through the intersection doing wheelies. The bikes were a Kaw 500 triple 2-stroke, and the little brother; a 250 triple. The guys were wearing Bell helmets. One was the hot orange, and the other was black. That was so damned cool. I've loved Bell's ever since. About 10 years ago (make that 20) I bought a Bell M-2. Kinda heavy and clunky, with so many other great overseas helmets on the market, by then. Recently, tho, I decided to give them another try. Jeeeze; this new Star FLOWS the air. It's like wearing a bicycle helmet! Nice and light, too. I'd been using a Scorpion 400 for a few years, until I got the Star. The Scorpion is a very nice, comfy, excellent shield mechanism, helmet. But, the Star is about 1/3 the weight, and although a bit noisier (due to the air flow) it's a helluva hat for the price. (The ducktail in the back is pretty trick, too.)
Just passing the info along, especially since last year's design has green on it, for under $200!

It's the "Ace of Clubs" model from 2009. $199 at Motorcycle closeouts.com. Do a google for Bell Star, and read the reviews. They "ain't" the old dumpy buckets they used to be.
