Sorry for the delay. The power only comes in through the low beam circuit and switches over by the relay when the High beams are selected. With my kit, the low beams go off when the Hi's are on to avoid an overload on the electrical circuit/ wiring system because both sides are on.

mmmm i just did mine. looks hot!!

i blew one of my park light LED's when i turned it on for some reason, CBF taking it apart, im thinking blown LED. Let it be. Looks hot anyway. I'm waiting till it gets a bit darker so i can adjust my vertical light direction, then i will post up pics.

I have to admit, I think the ZX10R is a lot harder to do... because just getting to it required removal of the bottom, middle and top fairings, and I had to cut and lengthen the wires that went for the relay to the actual globes... i just hope they don't melt and catch on fire now...

Looks great! Sorry about the wires being short. I Might have messed up and sent the 636 harness. Glad you got it worked out and yes, the ZX10 is harder to do with removing the headlight &route the wires through. The wires are rated an 125 deg celsius so they'll be fine.

has anyone here done the led signals on an 03? I tapped into the stock cables and turned the key on... they flash but do not stay on. If I connect to the wire that runs out of the ignition will they stay constant when the key is on? also, is the color the same on all years? I don't recall there being a brown w/ silver dot wire in there... i wish there was a wiring diagram somewhere
