You have a bad crimp, contactor connection somewhere for it to blow the 10 amp fuse. Are both Low & Hi beams coming on when you turn on the Hi beams? The low beams should go out when the Hi beams are on. Double check your wiring. On the Euro lights, The power wire to both bulbs should go to the Brown/ Silver Dot wire, The other wire should go to the LE T/S green wire & the RH T/S gray wire.

 

ok I checked it and both hi/low are on when i push high beams,what do I do

 

also the ground is spliced in with the stock ground but still grounded to the air duct.should i disconnect the stock ground?

 

No, the ground is fine. The wires to the relay is hooked up wrong. Check the diagram and redo those wires at the realy connector.

The relay is an aftermaket relay that you where suppose to install. If you did not install the relay that is why you are having the problems that you are. Install a relay and that should take care of all your problems.

 

oh I see now so were could I find this relay!!whats the part # or whatever I need?

 

You should be able to get it from any auto parts store. Or any place that does car audio.
