got compression of 1st cylinder-128psi, 2nd-120psi, 3rd-138 psi, and 4th 140psi,
put oil down 1st and 2nd bores and it shot up to 160and 180 psi,so valves must be ok.
strange how the problem cylinder is number 2 ,and its got lowest compression
any ideas?

 

although there is a 20psig spread on your compression tests, I would move on to other possibilities.
