Need help on KZ750
Hello guys! Thanks for this great site/forum!!
As you can see, I'm a newbee here but I'm a Kawasaki fan from the first Ninja days. I am so excited because I found this great site/forum for the Kawasaki freaks! Can you believe it took me this long to find it?
Anyway, I have a question about my beloved '82 KZ-750. I need to overhaul the engine but just where can you buy the rebuilt kit? I have several catalogs (but they are two to three years old) but can't seem to find a kit.
Do I have to buy it separately (like say, piston kit, gasket kit seal kit and such)?
Let me know guys. And thanks in advance.

The links I go to for my KZ750 parts are:
http://www.oldbikebarn.com/motorcycl...hp?bike=KZ750#
http://www.bikebandit.com/partsbandit/default.aspx
http://kzzone.com/
kzzone offers rebuild kits, but they are for performance engines. oldbikebarn has gaskets sets, but no rebuild kits as far as I know. bikebandit.com will probably have everything you need, but they are all OEM parts, so they may cost more.
You might want to call them to make sure they can get what you need. There may be parts not listed on their website that they do keep.
Good luck, I would like to know where you end up going to get your parts for my own reference.
Welcome to the forums!
Mark.
