Here are some pics of my change over from the ugly oversized original rear turn signals to some relocated custom signals. This was a simple mod to do, although I now need to find some inline resistors because the new bulbs are smaller and don't create enough load to make the flasher work.

I Won't be banging my leg on the old turn signals anymore. YAY! That always used to happen when I put my leg over the bike to get on.

And yes, the burnout was JUST to make sure the rebuilt carbs were working properly.

 

Looks better than those big ole lolypop lights too. Those do not have LED inside?

 

You can see the globe shaped mini bulb in the assembly. So no, it's a regular bulb.

 

That did clean up nicely.
