she started out about a year ago on a 98 vfr800... the skill level just would not get where she or i wanted it to so i suggested the EX... i had an 89 a few years back and loved it. since she's been on the EX for about 2 months her confidence has skyrocketed and the bike is not so much of a burden for her 115 pound stature. she still has the vfr and doesn't seem to want to get rid of it but, it's great that she's gaining the skill to keep up with me... haha

Glad to hear that she's feeling more confident and building her skills. That's what I love most about the EX, I'm comfortable with it and it doesn't scare the crap outta me! Just wait, one of these days you might be trying to keep up with her!
