Has anyone out there drilled out there stock pipe and had any jetting problems after. I am looking to do this but not qiut sure if I want to get in to re jetting the carb.

 

You don't need to rejet because you want to remove your baffles... it just means you won't get the performance benefits, just the noise benefits.

If all you are looking for is better sound, go ahead and puncture or remove the baffles, and you will notice no difference in performance...
