Finally got back around to working on the 2005 1600 classic. It will start and idle fine for about 30 seconds to a minute then die. If I give it throttle it dies. If I start it with part throttle it will run but backfires through the intake and eventually dies out.
How is ignition timing controlled on these? Could it be off?
could I just have a pad throttle position sensor?
