Post 97 Classic

I am in need of replacing my 97 1500 classic with something newer before June 20.I wouldn't start on Sat morning .The bike shop came to get it under warranty. They got it running again but told me the motor sounded funny .After further inspection it was discovered that the oil pump gear had sheared . The dealer is going to give me my money back and was wondering if anyone has a bike that has this problem already fixed.
Let me know
I really got to get back on 2 wheels

wow, that sucks. But glad that your warranty is still good and the dealership is working with you. Congrats to that. That is the first such story on a sheared oil pump gear that I have heard yet. Keep us informed on everything. Thanks
